Client Group

Definition: A group of people such as "homeless people" or "older people" that housing support services are provided for.

A client group is a term used for a group of people, such as "homeless people" or "older people", that housing support services will support. Many services have a primary client group that they will specialise in supporting, and sometimes a secondary client group that they will support. Some services instead support a broad range of vulnerable people.
